How do I connect my first data source?
Go to Sources in your dashboard, click "Connect source", and enter your PostHog Personal API Key and Project ID. Pheno will sync your users and signals automatically.
How often does Pheno sync data?
You can trigger a manual sync from the Sources page at any time. Automatic background sync is available on paid plans.
Is my users' data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Pheno is SOC-2 Type I certified and HIPAA compliant. We never sell or share your users' data with third parties.
What sources does Pheno support?
Pheno currently has a full integration with PostHog. Support for ClickHouse, Amplitude, Snowflake, Datadog, Segment, and HubSpot is in active development.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Settings. All associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. For immediate deletion, email privacy@usepheno.com.
